Reflexology and Cramp?

Hi,

does anyone have any advice to give if a client suffers cramp during a treatment,i have had a coupel of clients do this recently & have sat there not really knowin wat to do for the best........

Should i massage foot,leave them etc.....

Hello MoonTara,
This is quite normal...just energy shifting....try and get them to breath through it......things should improve after more treatments. Makes notes and carry on the good work.

Hello Again,
With cramp its a hard one apart from rumbing the area its a case of letting the client deal with it or maybe talk them through some deep breathing.
I wasnt taught about cramp in my first year of Reflexology, the main thing to do is remember its not until your qualified that the real learning starts.
