I had a client come to me a year or so ago, unable to totally relax whilst in bed and thus couldn't drop off to sleep - his head was too filled with what had happened during his day at work etc
I gave him about 5 treatments - 8.30pm for an hour, and advised him to go home and just get into bed and see how he managed getting to sleep. I worked a fair bit on his pineal gland, endocrine system and nervous system and could feel that his head and brain was really over worked! It definitely did help him get a better night's sleep- we also talked a lot about his lifestyle - eating too late at night, and figured out he was really eating too many stimulants late at night eg chocolate, hot chocolate, cigarettes......
What is your client's situtation, does this sound familiar?
