I have a reflexology client who also suffers with restless leg syndrome. This has only occured once during a session which didn't cause me any particular problems but did cause them a little distress as they were constantly aware that their foot was twitching and couldn't relax as much as usual. They get it mainly at night and I wondered if anyone knew a way of reducing the symptoms or reflexes I could work on. I suggested soaking feet in warm water, massaging the area, and tensing and relaxing the muscles starting from toes up to buttocks each muscle in turn to help relax and to see if will release any tension. I already work more on the pineal/hypothalamus, pituitary, areas for stress, spinal collumn and head to help nervous system, circulatory system, and legs. Any ideas/advice would be appreciated.
