[sm=scratchchin.gif] Hello, thought someone might be able to give me a bit of advice about a client. I have recently qualified as a Reflexologist and I am seeing a client that I practised on whilst training. She has major allergy problems which were abating nicely, however her skin, which has always been problematic allergy-wise, has broken out in an itchy rash, everywhere but her face. The rash could be felt just under the skin after our last treatment. I reassured her that the rash was a sign that her body was ridding itself of stuff that it couldnt cope with and that, IMO, I thought that it was a healing crisis. She was quite happy with this, but now rash is much worse and due to her constant scatching, is blistering and weeping!!!!! Help!![sm=sad2.gif]
Should I continue treating if she is willing or let everything settle down, she is due to see her G.P today and I've asked her to keep me informed and to mention to her G.P that she's been having Reflexology.
I know that there is a lot of good advice out there, thanks in anticipation!!
