Reflexology AOR Exam

Hi,

I am new to this site today and want to know if anyone has any information or any passed exam papers for the AOR written exam. It is in November and im getting quite scared now, all that A&P, seems so much.

Well did my AoR years ago so can't comment.

But, success in any written paper comes down to examination technique.

1. Always read the questions first.

2. Do the easy ones first, and the harder ones after.

3. Always use anytime left over to go through your answers.

4. Take time to pause, and breath slowly but deeply.

5. Be aware of time but don't rush.

Often exams of this nature can be an anticlimax. Easy to worry yourself silly.

Hey, I'm new and also about to take my AOR on 2nd Nov!
I've found some past papers on this site. Just go back to 'Forum"' and scroll down to student training and there should be some there...or on this section.
I'm having a nightmare remembering stuff and keep finding new topics to learn!

Hi

Hope this info helps. The AoR do not provide the exam they are the membership body. ABC awards are responsible for your exam and certification and on successful completion you will be able to have full membership of the AoR.

I am sure the questions you have found on the site will help but do not really reflect the style of the ABC exam. Your AoR tutor will have been recently provided with a mock paper from the ABC so perhaps you could ask them for a copy.

Hello. I'm new and about to take NVQ/IHBC reflexology assessment this Friday that includes both practical and written a&p. I'm having trouble finding any past questions so I can get a feel for what's in store i.e. multiple choice or what!!! It's recognised by VTCT - does anyone have any ideas???? Thank you, thank you.x

To pass the ABC reflexology exam you need 60%.

Actually - ABC have been great in my dealings with them regarding exams. There is a marking schema on the site somewhere, it you have a trawl around you should see it.

They asked about hands in November..
