Hi to everyone.
I'm new to this and hope someone can help me with something I very confused about.
I am currently doing vtct reflexology level 3, I'm really confused about the treatment of reflexology as we are being taught to warm & do the routine on both feet butwhen I have had a reflexology treatments in the past I have had it a foot at a time ie one foot covered until the other foot has completely been done then onto the other foot warming method & routinebut at college we are doing the systems together and therefore leaving both feet exposed and working from one foot to another which does make sense but wondered is this teaching is the best or would it be the tutor who determines which way you learn ? I hope I have made myself clear enough for someone to help me ! Many thanks to anyone that can help, I want to be a good reflexologist butthis has been niggling at me & dont want ot question my tutor !Love & laughter to all
