Reflexology chair

Not sure if this is the right place for postings?? Just came across a garden chair in Woolworths £39.99 great for Reflexologists and nearly identical to the other popular chair (Lafuma) which costs more than double. Bought one and very happy with it - only comes in one colour I think, beige. Happy shopping, sure there must be a section for shopping on this forum?????

Hi Rachel,

Yes thats the chair, really comfortable and has 2 positions, I am really happy with mine. I was looking out for one too, but thought they were expensive.

Index also do one, which can recline right back £ 39.99. I bought it last year and it's great and the clients love it. very comfortable. It comes in green or blue.

It's a bit of a tricky one, reclining very pregnant clients. I use my Lafuma but I adjust my own stool to make it very low, to minimise how far the client has to lean back. I am thinking of splashing out on an electric or hydraulic chair that can be adjusted to make it a couch too, so I can use it for Reflexology, Reiki and my Natural Lift Facial Massage. It would probably be comfier for my reflexology clients who are pregnant, elderly or have limited mobility, as I find the Lafuma isn't always great for these clients. I'd better get saving!

Hi I bought one of these garden chairs in Argos last yaer for £39.99 too. It is great. I bought it to use for taster sessions and that kind of thing - I don't know how sturdy it is compared to the lafuma but it has been great with all the clients so far. One old lady that I have once a month uses it as she doesn't like the couch.

For my clients at home I use my couch. I prefer doing treatments on the couch and I've just bought a new one which is just so comfy and I can adjust the height so it is better for my own position. I've recently been on a maternity reflexology course and she advised us to put pregnant ladies on the couch rather than having them reclining back.

I've bought a chair exactly the same in Wilkinsons for £30 - its great for reflex and for taking to taster sessions and pamper parties.
