Reflexology Foot Massage Board. Does it work?

I want to buy this but am iffy about whether or not it actually works.

Any reviews from personal use?

Im not asking about any ones opinions on this method. I don't believe it works miracles, however certain pressure points on the bottom of the foot does work wonders in my experience.

I am ONLY asking about the product in the link....as far as if it gives any good pressure.

It doesn't work any more than a placebo. It's just a foot massage given by a liar. If you want to use it as a relaxation technique that's fine, but don't be fooled into thinking that it has medical benefits.

Massaging the feet is a good habit to get into. All points on the foot reflect to acupunture ponts in the body and stimulates them. The same points are on the ear. You don't need any special equipment. I sometimes use a soft rubber ball (a Barbie ball actually that I got in a toy store) or you can use a tennis ball to roll around under your feet. When I swim I sometimes use the jets in the jacuzzi and run my feet around them.

It's not a miraculous cure for anything and you may well experience some benefits from it.
