Reflexology foot pads

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place so please feel free to move it if I have.

My Mum is finding it really difficult to sleep right now and has read an article on reflexology foot pads which a lady swore by to help her sleep. Unfortunately there were no further details and so Mum asked me if I knew what they would be. I only know of the detox foot pads, could anyone tell me if this is what they are or are there other types?

When I give her a Reiki treatment she finds that really helps but unfortunately I can't get there as often as I would like

She doesn't drink coffee or alcohol but she does drink tea, so I might suggest she switches to decaffeinated or the hot milk is a good idea too.

The shower and music is a good idea, I gave her a CD a few weeks ago one I bought for Crystal Therapy so I could suggest she plays that as she goes to bed. Here's hoping

Hi Shelly Bee - just a quick reply to say that my grandmother has some "reflexology" shoe insoles, which are some in essence quite similar to those bobbly pool sandals that used to be oh-so fashionable a looong while back.
The bobbles vary in length, presumably relating to the reflexes on the foot. They are to be worn for an hour or two a day, and she has had great success with them for arthritis and general get-up-and-go.
