Hi
I have been using the Lafuma reclining chair and recently bought a Beautelle footstool because some clients didn't have the space for me to set the chair up.
The thing is, I have used the footstool twice so far but I don't have a clue as to how its supposed to be set up. Should it slant downwards towards me, lie flat, or upwards towards me?
When I have tried it out on myself I found it was more comfortable slanting downwards from the knee down, but my friend tried it and she felt it was more comfortable slanting upwards from the knee down.
One of the clients I used it on last week didn't want me to use the footstool for her second treatment and brought out her own pouffe to rest her feet on.
If anyone uses a footstool, please could you let me know how you use it.
Do you use a cushion or pillow under the knees for instance
Do you keep the pad flat or slanted in one direction or another
How do you decide on what height to set the footstool?
I would really appreciate some advice. Thanks.
