OOh i didn't know where to put this one, fertility and pregnancy or refllex!!
Anyway, i have a client who has been trying for a baby for 8 months and has come to me for Reflexology.
She had her first treatment with me last week. She phoned me to tell me that her normal regular periods that arrive 28/29 days had suddenly changed and was now 3 days late. She did a test which turned out to be negative.
She is a bit concerened and i tried to reassure her that it was nothing to worry about and that Reflexology is a balancing and harmonising treatment and that her period would probably settle back down again after a few treatments. In my treatment i did an endocrine balance.
She still is not convinced and i wonder if anyone else has come across this. I mean i have heard of irregular periods becoming regular but not this way round. This is my first subfertile lady and i did explain the healing crisis etc to her. I wonder if anyone can help me out here?
I really see this as a positive reaction, but i do know that stress can play a major part in this. Stress and worry can delay your period too, especially of you are trying for a while.
Thanks
