What do you use for Reflexology - zone theory or meridian theory?
I find it difficult to keep up with all the meridians and everything - it's all so much to memorise - do you evaluate your client as to which meridians are imbalanced? Also lots of Reflexologists use acupuncture/pressure points to reinforce certain reflexes. But I am not trained in acupressure so is this really viable for me and is it altogether better to have an acupressure qualification to do reflexology?
