Hi all, has anyone come across the Reflexology workout by stephanie rick. The reason i ask is that when i was trained to do relexology, i was taught a general routine with thumb walking, finger walking etc with some pressure work on eye, ear and adrenal points. The technique used in this book appears to be completely different to what i was taught. Itdescribesworking other areas withclockwise spirals andpressing hard on reflex points (for each organ) 7 times (or 14 times for a specific condition). Does anyone use this technique, do u combine it with the thumb walking technique and what kind of results have you got.
