Reiki regulated in VA?

Ok, I've spent much time on google and talking to the 2 Reiki masters I know.  One guy tells me you have to be either a MT or ordained minister to be able to practice Reiki in VA, the other says Reiki isn't regulated at all.  So, I've also called the Board of Nursing, and the 2 times I called the people on the phone had no clue what I was talking about.  So, do any of you know whether there is a regulating body for Reiki in the state of VA, or where I could find out for sure?  Thanks.

According to this website, http://www.sacredpath.org/html/reiki/legal/mtlstateleg.html, there isn't any regulation in VA..."SAFE" - which indicates that the state's massage board does not consider Reiki to be massage. Nor are there other special laws restricting your practice.  The last time that site was updated was in 2001, but I don't think it's changed.

It lists the status of all of the states by the way.If you look in the detailed notes about some states, there have been updates since 2001.Detailed notes on Virginia state:VIRGINIA - SAFE? - Update Needed.
