I have so far do 14 but need to cover about 60 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Struggling, does anyone know of related conditions of the pineal gland please ?????????????????

How about SAD, sleep disorders, jet lag, and depression? Serotonin and melatonin are secreted by the pineal gland, which actually measures day length and adjust the amounts of the hormones secreted accordingly. Melatonin inhibits the secretion of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinising hormone, so the pineal can have a knock on effect on reproduction. Hope that helps!

The pineal body, or pineal gland, is located in the middle of the brain. It secretes a hormone called melatonin, which may help regulate the wake-sleep cycle of the body. Or in some cases it may not regulate and therefore can cause a whole load of other problems. It is related to other hormones too. Do a search on google there is a lot of information on there.
