It's not like it's a hair salon in Asia or a higher end hair salon like Eveline Charles where how much you pay for a haircut determines which "seniority skill set " you get.

So the service provider who does your hair have junior, junior apprentice, senior apprentice, junior certified, senior certified, trainer, lead hand, Team Captain, and Manager for tiers in service. Now that is just another excuse to charge more. Sheesh!
