I know we have some fitness buffs here, so...
I'm getting a little bored/lost in my work outs as of late. As such I need either a swift kick in the butt, or a change in direction. Currently, I'm following the Body For Life style workout with one exception. That being the push up routine for Men's Health summer training guide.
My arms have pretty much stopped improving, my weight has been at best holding, though my composition still appears to be changing. I'm getting back into the cardio after a brief layoff. But overall' I'm just feeling a little frazzled over it all
Any advice/suggestions?
