renting and working with stylists

I share the building with about 20 hairdressers. I pay $350 per month. There are about 35,000 people in my city.

So as to not hijack the rent thread, do you work with or against all these stylists? What do you do that works, do they promote you to their clients?

I'm considering a move in the fall to a new building, a business is moving and expanding to 17 stylists + nails.
