Renting Out Your Chair

Due to being back in school, spending $200+ for a chair takes a backseat to tuition; however, I have put it out there that I'm looking to rent a chair OCCASIONALLY (Ooo, spell check that!) from other MTs until my funds can afford a chair.

What are some things that should be in the rental agreement? What are some ethics I should be aware of? Some of it's common sense, but then again, common sense isn't all that common.

Check with your school.

I never did it, but I recall hearing that my school would rent chairs to students for $10-15 a day, but they did require a deposit.

No, I'm in a traditional 4-yr. college, not MT school! My particular school, unfortunately, had no chairs. We just worked with tables.

BUT I will check with other schools and see if they have something I can use!

You can rent it to people who had eye surgery, Macular Degeneration. I dont know if you need insurance for liability?

Sorry I miss read your post. Some massage supply stores and medical supply stores rent chairs. In Canada its $25-30 a day.
