TFF I never noticed the pic of the 2 hardhat guy's

I wouldn't swear to the second picture being her, I have trouble seeing it well enough to have a clue. Based on the average height of a bridge rail, guessing the distance between her and the rail, judging the approximate angle of the camera, figuring the time of day the picture was taken by the angle of the sun......oh hell I can't tell but I doubt it, she looks to short.
