These places where extras are "the exception" seem to always charge way more than the market, guess they want you to pay extra for the privilege of getting services not usually offered there or no supposed to be offered there. So you know that if you go where the reputation is that things are usually not offered if you find someone that will will then you pay way too much. It's the same with LMT/RMTs they seem to charge over market for operating "outside the lines".
