The AMP's are understandably cautious, but it's getting a little tiresome. The ones that did FS now are HJ only (for the most part) and they don't seem to understand that its just as serious for them to be caught doing HJ as FS (not very) at most a misdemeanor usually less. But the idea of no HE is ridiculous, they might just as well close.
