Wallstreet got the same experience I did but mine only lasted 30 minutes for a 1 hour session. Damn if you pay for an hour you should get an hour or at least close to it anyway.

Guys, it's never my intention to "short" you on your time. I cannot see the "rest of the story" to know what other issues anyone has, but I can clarify on the time. I have many clients who come in on lunch breaks or during "sales calls," and they want to get in and out. I do not have a clock in my office because I do not want anyone feeling rushed. I never stop to check the time or answer calls, so I really try to follow my clients' leads. But, please, if ever you come in and are concerned about not receiving your time, simply say, "I'm not in a rush and want to enjoy my hour." I won't be offended or upset. I apologize to anyone who feels they were shorted.

I understand. Many did, so I finally went with majority and removed the clock. Downside to this, obviously, is I do not always keep track of time. But, please be assured, it is never to intentionally "short" anyone on the hour they have scheduled. Thank you for the review/replies as I am now more aware of the issue. Have a great weekend.
