I also hate it--and usually lose any wood--when the girl asks how much I am going to tip, especially if there is any more discussion of price after that.

Not as bad, but still not good, is when the girl says something like was told to me today: "Do you want to play?" After I say yes, then: "Do you want to play for 60 or for 100?

Unless a girl looks great and has me feeling like I have to see her body and touch it, I usually tune out and get out as fast as I can after the money game starts.

The best places try to train their girls never to ask for any particular tip, or even to ask, "Are you going to tip me well?" The girl is free to see the customer a second time or not, depending on whether she is satisfied with her tip. The massage places that don't plan to have any second visits are usually not very good--although some have some hot girls if they rotate every few weeks.
