It should get better once she's comfortable that you're not LE. She is very aware of LE and thinks LE will come in for multiple visits and then show his badge after he has made several visits.

Clothed during the massage. Towards the end, she'll pull your goods out and cover your clothes with a towel or pull your shirt up high enough (for an old guy anyway) to miss the ending. They say they do a full body massage also, but I have not tried it.
