That should be a no-brainer for everyone on how to treat anyone: whether providers or police, service personnel, peers and both up and down the organization.

Sadly that is not always the case on all counts, some people in each group ARE just asses. But even those don't have a clue about what I really think about them.

Thanks seanes for more sage advice. If everyone would take heed to it we would not hear so many complaints about bad service. Treat people (providers) like human beings and you'd be surprised what might happen.
