Yep,
The parking/driveway sucks but you should be ok if you are not driving some huge ass truck. Some have parked across the street.

Be careful when you are driving out, driveway isn't very wide and ditch is somewhat deep.

I agree and I know I would be very pissed off having to call a toll truck to pull my car out of that freaking ditch !!!
