I had one bad experience at Paloma. My problem was with an attempted Bait and Switch.

My first trip to Paloma was exploratory and I met Julie, although I was not intending to stay for a session. A few days later, early in the day, I made an evening appointment and requested Julie. I called 30 minutes before arriving to confirm the appointment. On arrival I was informed that Julie was not available and I was directed to another lady (not Nesha). I said no, that my appointment was with Julie, and if she was not available, then I would return another time. I hate B&S. Then I was informed that Julie was available and would be right with me. So I undress and wait for Julie. Instead, Nesha comes into the room and asks if I would accept her in place of Julie. Nesha is very attractive but I'm not playing that game. I tell Nesha that I will return to see her someday and start to get dressed. Nesha leaves quickly and in walks Julie with lots of appologies. My session with Julie was average massage+.

A few weeks later I returned to see Nesha. There was no drama and the service was better than average for massage+.

My question is: was the B&S drama a rare event or is this common-place for Paloma? I'm hoping it's a rare event!

Most places do bait and switch out of necessity.

If it happens to me and I don't like the switch, I just walk out.

Everyone should do that.

Having said that, a bait and switch is what got me onto Julie when she was at NK. So you never know. Still, check out the provider before you pay for a bait and switch. If you have that weird feeling that it isn't going to be up to snuff then just leave.

One thing about the B&S - yeah, I never call in advance. I just show up. I guess I figure they are going to b&s me if I call, so might as well see what's there.

That said - when I get there, I ask for my favorite right off the bat. No problems with that strategy yet.

Julie is very hot, BUT she knows it and is very difficult to get an appointment with.
Mamasan likes to give lame upsellers as substitution for Julie.
Best to avoid this place until they realize nobody is going to pay $120 - 140 for a weak 5 minute massage followed by a hard upsell for an uninspiring hj

they rip off my money, $180 for HJ only.
