Typically, reviews in this section include the girl's name. Although I know where Kim's is in this case, it's also helpful to include a phone number for the spa, and an address as well. It's also helpful to include a link to the spa's site, or back page advertisement in the spot where it says url/website, and many people in this section do that as well in their reviews nowadays.
