It seems like new owners starting 3months ago. The new gals are just ok. Nothing to write about.

Jennifer used to be there all the time and was great at FBSM, saw her probably fifteen times, but she's gone. I haven't checked at their other location across from Emerald Spa. Jennifer was great then she upped her FBSM+ to $ and I bailed and told her why. That's why I never checked at the other spot. She wasn't FS, btw.

Frank&Beans ... the owner of the two "no name" massage shops on Richmond/Greenbriar across the street from Emerald have not owned this LV location at Westheimer/Montrose for at least 2 years.

The LV Massage at Westheimer/Montrose has had its share of "new owners" over the past couple of years. You are right, the latest ownership change occurred in the past few months.

My experience there is pretty much spot on with this review.

I've hit the other spot too, and, for a time, I preferred it. But, my regular gal over there disappeared about 2 years ago (probably related to ownership issues) so I haven't felt the need to go back. Oh, since Emerald Spa came up, f**k that place. It sucks.
