Never been to MP but I am thinking about going, just need a little advice, how do you do the tip, before are after the fun. Do you lay a nice tip on table first hoping to get more are just get what you can and tip accordingly?

My first time at a place I tip after. But I give her hints during that I would like more. Usually by rubbing her leg or something in that fashion. The next time I go if I see the same girl I leave the tip on the table when she is out of the room and I am undressing.
