I don't post reviews and have always been hesitant because one review posted (good or bad) can make a girl's life miserable. A good review and she can be swamped with every lowlife in the hobby, who thinks YMMV doesn't apply to them....and their favorite line is "...but the review said...". A bad review can be taken as gospel...and escpecially if she's new suddenly no one calls.

So having said all this, I don't see much said about High Energy..its been around forever...and the service level is pretty consistent. I don't attend often...but sometimes when the urge hits its nice to have a place you know is there and what you can expect...which was the case the other night.

First the spa...standard setup...rooms always clean, shower in the room..always clean... liquid soap and shampoo aplenty...loads of towels. No reception so you are greeted by the next girl up...have always found them polite so if you don't care for her she'll be more than willing to ask the roster to take a bow.

I've been dropping by for the last 5-6 years and not sure u can pin a label on the roster there...varies each time...EE, dark skin, yng, older, all body types. I have seen them all there, but generally every lady is cute in someway.

Door fee is 40 for 40...standard menu

Now to the girl I just happened upon...truly a rare gem...goes by Melissa, average height 5'4 maybe 125lbs, and the face...the type that radiates when she smiles...and she smiles a lot. She will tell you the body needs work... but I couldn't see where untill she took the liberty of pointing out her flaws hahaha...if you insist on paid for firm breasts not her...all natural...and the little sag and the magnificent nipples work for her... so for those number conscience types a 7.5 to and 8 but then 9 is about as high as i give.

As for the session, decided on NR... Melissa was not shy and started with a nice strip...she works out and it shows strong legs and arms and lovely broad shoulders...massage was excellent...and talking to her was like talking with an old friend..not someone you just met...overall just a very relaxing time...got so carried away with the conversation and massage almost forgot it was a NR...

With me a NR means you massage the attendent, don't just go for broke...and it was something Melissa was very open to, my hands were free to explore all of her and I made sure they did, even adding a good hand and foot massage for her.

Time passed and not once did she look at the clock, but then I have always found that at this spa.

We talked at length about how YMMV and she's very up front that that applies to her...sessions go from low to higher milage depending on how you click...but treat her like she deserves and you will leave smiling as wide as she was when you met her at the door.

We also talked about whether she wanted a review... the pro's and cons...in the end she said yea but tell them if you are looking for the run of the mill...use all the acronyms...body of a Porsche...milage of a Subaru mpa thats not her... if you want an mpa thats beautiful, funny, intelligent, warm, friendly and above all leaves you happy you decided to make the visit...then see Melissa.

In fact in her words, she has a lot of friends at work and they are all great, if a review would help them all then write one.

Bottom line would I repeat, in a heart beat when my hobby budget allows it. I've always found the spa accomodating, now I have found myself an attendant that makes me want to return.

What does that mean can you compare to any MPA out there in terms of looks?

Michele is my all time favorite, and she still sort of works there. She is taking some courses so she works when her schedule allows it.

You did ask: from your local newsstand, gas station, Crappy Tire, bookstore, stationers etc. get a GTA map book, Perly's and MapArt are standard and, MapQuest has a great website that'll get you pretty much from anywhere to anywhere.
I don't think you should attempt such a journey w/o the basic equipment.
