Not familiar with "In Touch" either; but based on description I'm guessing the "Miko Bath" location? I know they closed and took down their sign awhile ago, but drove by recently and saw a plain neon "open" in the door.

it was the location of the bath house, same girl. Gia or something like that. Never had a germ-a-phob at any of the places I have been. If you have been there before, nothing has changed, should have mentioned the rice cooker in the hallway.
