Went to see Anni from CL.
She offers different types of massages, swedish, thai and sensual.
I went for the swedish massage. She lives near Joyce skytrain station.
Her massage skills are very good. The setting is very nice as she has a room for the massage session on a proper massage table. She has nature/ocean music playing in the background on her CD alarm clock. I would recommend if you are only looking for a massage. I have tried her sensual massage with HJ which she does in the nude but she is very plain looking and flat as a washboard! So there isn't much there.

The cost was $60 for 45 min session for swedish.
$100 for the sensual with HJ.

No, there's no touching and no happy ending included with the swedish massage.
It's an extra $20 for the happy ending. I'm not sure whether touching is allowed. I would assume yes.
