Saw 2 other ladies but didn't try them. One was a lot younger with a decent body but not the best face. About a 6. The other was probably a little older than Nicole and had a rather well worn look about her. About a 4.

This is the only place I've found that gives a legitimate quality massage with a happy ending. Though my sampling of offers in town is rather limited.

As far as tip I've gone as low as $.2 and as high as $.6, but it isn't expected (YMMV). I always give it to her OMW out. For the quality and time I think it's well worth it.

I can't remember for certain if the 90min was 70 or 90, but positive it isn't over 90. I'd call to double check. Unlike most places their rates are on the wall behind the cashier along with massage school type certs.
