REVIEW: Shanti @ SRM

Hello Fellow massageplanet.netites:

As anybody who's been in the hobby for a while knows, there's always an underlying dilemma:

"Should I stick with the tried and true, or try out a new girl ?"

In this case, the choice was between Natalia, whom I strongly believe is SRM's hidden jewel or Shanti the new Caribbean girl.

Since my last appt at SRM was with Natalia I decided to throw my fate to the wind and went with Shanti... unfortunately I chose poorly...

In a way I'm glad things went the way they did, coz Anita and Joy weren't there, the new receptionist doesn't know who I am and the cute blonde MPA sitting at the front desk didn't know me either... so I had a "real" walk-in session free of backroom warnings.

Shanti is exactly as described on the SRM website: early 20's, 5'5" with long black hair. Her skin is ebony coloured rather than mulatto, so it was the usual Ying/Yang routine against my pale ass... Her face reminded me of Gabrielle Union the actress, and her body of those rapper "booty" videos. She'd have fit right in with 50 cent and Snoop Dogg in a convertible Bentley

Don't take that as an insult... there are times I'd LOVE to be on the set of a video shoot. I'd gladly oil up some of those black girls for FREE...

I liked her cute little breasts, and actually have a day to day preference for smaller breasts, although Mr Happy demands his occasional Russian lesson...

She asked what kind of session I wanted, and if I'd been there before... (!) Since I had she wouldn't ask for the donation UP FRONT... Once the pleasantries were taken care of, she then asked my name in a "by the way" manner... and never said it again during the session..

Lovely...

The bottom line is that there was absolutely NO chemistry between myself and Shanti... The second the door opened I could see the look on her face (Christ another middle aged white guy, let's get this over with) and once I picked up on that I could have crawled back into the shower...

In all fairness, Shanti's massage is nice, especially on the legs, and there was regular teasing throughout...

I did take the opportunity to reverse, but when there was little encouragement or physical response I kept some of my advanced (all legal) tricks to myself.... I figured why the f*ck should she benefit ?

I really didn't have much to say to Shanti and she didn't encourage conversation either... not even "what do you do" or "where do you live"...

When it came time to release, Mr Happy couldn't be bothered, and the palm sisters didn't convince him otherwise... I suppose that's MY problem and it's happened with top notch MPA's too, but I don' t think the "tone" of the session helped matters..

I looked up at the clock, and there was still 5 minutes of my 45 minute session left to go.... I don't think I've ever been as pleased to cut a session short and leave SRM early...

The only UPside to all of this is that I ran into Natalia on the way out. She gave me a warm smile and hug and told me how nice it was to see me...

I feel the same way, and would rather have given my $120 donation to Natalia for some genuine affection....

Sorry to hear about your experience... as you read a couple of weeks ago, my last visit was pretty bad too.

Since my session with DJ, i am not running for a return visit to SRM.

Hope your next session is better. I think i will stick to my "reliable" MPA's for a bit.

I guess I need a reality check now and again to really appreciate the majority of fabulous MPA's who work at SRM..

Annabelle and Giselle are next on my "to do" list...

I certainly do NOT expect all of my MP sessions to be perfect, and I really TRY to offer constructive criticism, rather than lashing out from behind an anonymous user name...

I'm REALLY hoping it's a YMMV issue for Shanti's sake...

...otherwise with so many massageplanet.netites frequenting SRM, she's in for a rocky ride...

Perhaps there are other massageplanet.netites who've had better sessions and will post their comments...

After posting this review, I was PM'd by a couple of members who told me that Shanti is nice in person...

As you said BottomsUP, maybe MP'ing just isn't her strong point, and I'm glad you had a good time with her...

Maybe the emotional "wall" she (and all other SP's/MPA's etc) built is simply more obvious than I'm used to...

I recognize that she's just trying to earn a living but I'd be doing a DIS-service to fellow members if I didn't outline my real impressions from the session...

With the top notch MPA's at SRM, I believe Shanti is simply out of her league, and hopefully some of the other girls can provide her with guidance in the "attitude" dept...

Just to add my two cents... professional MPA's should be able to put their own emotions behind them... and perform their job. This "session" is a business transaction. If it was about attraction... she wouldn't require money to "do the job"... and she would give you a sensual massage simply because she likes you.

A great MPA is a girl who can give a great experience to a guy she wouldn't necessarily be attracted in the general public.
