There has been some discussion here in the past about what it is supposed to mean. Here, it usually comes with negative connotations, but I agree with your definition. There are no decent massage parlors up here anymore.

However, a place that I frequent and is top notch is www.sugarsugarland.com . All the pics are done by a local photographer and are REAL. The service level is similar to the better latin places in Houston, and the girls are hot & young, not like the ones that advertise as 20 and are actually in their 30s and 40s. Also, the locations are upscale condos in the downtown area. You do need a reference to get in there, but you can just introduce yourself to the one that takes bookings (female) at the main Calgary review site.
