It looks like it was approved. Reviews are reviewed to make sure that they are good enough to earn six weeks of Premium Access. You should have gotten an email telling you that your review was approved and you were given Premium Access credit. However, if you purchased your PA, then you may not be notified.

Here is what the Premium Access tab says:
