Based on recent reviews and my own experiences, IMHO VIP is the top AMP choice at the moment. NSI has fallen back into the pack with the rest of the regular nonGFE AMPs. When choosing amongst the nonGFE AMPs, one of the biggest deciding factor is whether it is close to your area.

Looks like "the biggest" deciding factor is whether or not Diamond/Yumi and Summer from the original SI have had a hand in things. Once their influence dissipates seems like things get boring.
