EAGAN, MINNESOTA - Johnny Le, 32, of Richfield, Minnesota, has been charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct in Dakota County following allegations that he sexually assaulted a client at his Eagan massage studio, according to a press release from the Dakota County Attorney, Kathy Keena. The charge, filed by warrant complaint on March 3, 2025, marks the third criminal sexual conduct case brought against Le, each involving a different victim.
According to Dakota County Attorney Kathy Keena, the latest charge stems from an alleged December 20, 2024, incident. According to court documents, the Eagan Police Department received a report that day regarding an assault at Le's business, located at 4651 Nicols Road in Eagan. The victim reported that during a massage session with Le, he engaged in non-consensual sexual acts. A forensic examination later confirmed the presence of Le’s DNA on the victim.
Following the complaint, authorities have expressed concerns that there may be additional victims. Individuals with information about the investigation are encouraged to contact Detective Angela Casey with the Eagan Police Department at 651-675-5763 or angela.casey@eaganmn.gov.
Pattern of Criminal Behavior
Le's latest charge adds to two other pending criminal sexual conduct cases in Dakota County. Despite the previous charges, Le continued operating as a massage therapist even after failing to renew his professional and business licenses. Prosecutors have described his ongoing conduct as a public safety risk.
Additionally, court documents reveal that Le was previously charged with fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct in May 2024. According to the complaint, a victim reported that during a massage session on May 4, 2024, Le allegedly inappropriately touched her after applying cream to her lower back. Following the incident, the victim texted Le to confront him about the inappropriate contact, to which he responded, “It was very unprofessional” and apologized, offering to refund her payment. Despite this earlier complaint, Le continued practicing massage therapy, leading to additional allegations from other victims.
Legal Proceedings and Bail Conditions
A bench warrant for Le’s arrest has been issued nationwide, requiring his presence in court to determine conditions of release. Bail has been set at $150,000 without conditions or $100,000.
Public Safety Concerns
Prosecutors have argued that Le poses an ongoing danger to the community, citing his repeated offenses within less than a year.
"His behavior continues despite pending cases of a similar nature," the complaint states. "This is a presumptive commit to prison."
As the legal proceedings continue, authorities urge any potential victims to come forward to aid in the investigation and ensure justice is served.
