so what are the health risk of going to massage parlors?

i'm a newb to the whole mp business and just would like to know more about it

Technically since you are in full body contact with the girl, stuff could be transmitted between you two. However I wouldn't think you'd have to worry too much unless you are doing MUCH MORE than the basic sexy massage.

Unless you're looking at somewhere that offers body slides, then your risks are pretty minimal. But things you should always look out for:

- Make sure the linens on the massage table are clean. Many of the good places will dress the table when you arrive so that you car be sure.

- If you're taking a shower (and you should), don't use the communal bath robe that some offer...you can be sure that it doesn't get washed after each use.

- Be wary of MPAs who offer extras.

- Shower before and after.

The biggest risk is getting a gready MPA and try to take all your money. Now you are on here do your research and you will be fine. There is a lot of great MPA's out there, but lot more bad to aveage ones that charge big money.

Long time lurker. First time poster.

I'm very concerned about the possibility of being "found in" and getting a record or into a legal battle. From searching and reading old threads, it seems a licensed, classy clinic is the safest route but no guarantees.

I noticed a poster listed "Proclinique, Oasis, Star Studio, Elitespa and Yorklands" as safer. What about Allure (Mississauga) and SRM (Brampton) in terms LE issues? In general, is Mississauga or Brampton safer in terms of tolerance by LE?

I don't want to hijack this thread and create a long debate about the legalities of various activities. I just want to know based on today's environment which of the above clinics are the safest to visit, in the opinion of massageplanet.net members.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

hand to genital to genital
mouth to mouth (if your extra cautious)

I've been going for many years. Never a problem, but you should keep your wits about you. You will be very nervous at first, but that is part of the fun.

Avoid genital to genital contact

Don't touch your genitals and then touch her/vice versa.

When you shower after your massage, use anti bacterial soap, some spas supply alcohol ie: SRM. Just to be on the safe side, but I'm anal about hygiene. Can never be too clean. If your still not feeling comfortable, bring protection, no MPA would object.

If the above cautions are taken, you should be safe to say that your safe.

Added note: High end licensed spas ie: SRM, Allure, are required, as part of their license to get a medical check, which eases the mind as well. I think the girls in this industry are relatively cleaner because they have to be. They have just as much to lose as we do.

In regards to LE activity, as far as I know Brampton/Mississauga have the most leaniant Bi-Laws. I feel safer venturing out to that end of the city. Visiting a MP that is licensed reduces the risks of LE by quite abit.

I don't know which MPA's you have been talking with, but I know for a fact that they are required as per the bi-laws in Brampton at least, to renew their body rub licence every year, and part of that renewal is getting a medical check. Again, that needs to be renewed once every year. Not once in their career or if they change spas. I'm speaking strickly for the Brampton/Mississauga area. However, a lot can happen in a year.

In my own experience I have been hobbying quite a few years and have never caught any itchy scratchies. Knock on wood!

However I do agree with you, always keep "yourself" safe, regardless.
