Dr. Scholl's PLANTAR FASCIITIS Massage Ball, Hot & Cold Therapy

This massage ball has pleasant little nubs on the top and bottoms as well as a grippy, ridged side to help keep it from scooting out under your feet on hard floors like wood or tile. Just sit down (the better for balance) and start rolling it back and forth under your feet.
Going one step further (ha) you can fill it with hot or cold water for two different therapeutic effects: Cold water will help reduce inflammation and increase circulation, while hot water will reduce soreness after long day. Just keep an eye on the temp for the latter so you don’t burn some delicate skin (and please don’t microwave it as a shortcut!).
If you have plantar fasciitis you’re dealing with, this is especially designed to target that tense little area at the arch of your foot. But regardless of general soreness or more serious complaints, this should help alleviate some end-of-day ugh after the shoes come off and leave you feeling a little more ahh.
