Haven't seen any reviews...anyone been? It's across the street from the new Safeway, lower Robson, on the 2nd floor.
I've never been to a AMP, just the DT micros...thought I might check this place out.

I dropped in once early this year. Can't remember the fee, but I think it was typical for a legit spa, as opposed to an amp.

The attendant was probably in her twenties, and I would guess that she probably was, as she stated, a student. Her english was very limited, but she did try to converse. She was pleasant-looking, not a head-turner. She had no massage skills to speak of, but did some pleasant rubbing. She offered a tug, which I accepted. I pretty much had to show her how to do it though.

She didn't offer full service, and I didn't ask, so I have no idea about that.

The place is quite clean. The room I was in was small and didn't have a shower, but there is a clean shower available down the hall.

I dropped in to this place a couple of times back in the nineties, when it was run by the original Roxanne, a Persian lady I believe. Roxanne herself did the massage for me, and was purely legit; nothing erotic on offer. Then it had a big shower room with a jacuzzi. I think that is gone.

It's run by Chinese now. For me, it's a place where I might drop in again to take my chances, if I happen to be in the area and find myself with time to spare.

I've been there many times over the past few years.

The girls change frequently so I never get the same girl twice.

The girls normally just offer the usual rub and tug, but on occasion the girls will have other options on the menu.

They most I was able to get in extras was a good body slide with a little of a russian and finished with a hj. I think the damage was only $ but its been a while since I have been there so things might have changed since.

But in the end of the day I tend to continue to return as I have never had a very bad experience there.

I went there today and had a really good service. Time for 1 hour was $0.65, 45 minutes $0.55, 30 minutes, $0.45.

Massage was really really good. I havent had a good massage like this in history. The last part was really good too, negotiated with the girl and she finished me then after that, hand massage and hot towels.

I would avoid it like the plague. Went there quite often a few years ago. I am not sure about now, but back than, it was run by an Ismaili lady, Roxanne. I called a few times to check on her line up and visited a few times when she had interesting girls. Next thing I knew, she was calling me unsolicited on my cellphone. SOmetimes, during realy awkward situations. She had saved my number on her call display, and called me without my permission. Really stalker like. I told her to stop, and she asked me if my wife knew I frequented her establishment. I took that as a veiled threat. So, I ask her if the cops knew she was running a brothel. That shut her up. Never been back since.

Roxanne is long gone and the place has become a fairly over priced run of the mill AMP.
No FS to my knowledge and nothing in particular to keep me interested in going back either.
Roxanne was definitely a strange woman. I recall her calling me back at strange times as well after I had called once or twice to check the line up.
She had several very attractive russian and persian girls come and go in rapid succession.
I think that she baited them in unwittingly expecting that they would catch on to the game but,
my sense is that most of these girls left as soon as they recognized that Roxanne was encouraging clients to encourage the girls to loosen up in rather ambiguous ways.
I had a very hard massage with her once and no extras were offered but I understood that it was available if I requested in the right way.
Her angle was to bait you with very loverly girls who often did nothing more than an unprofessional massage with no happy-ending.
It was .8 in her time just for the room and her crappy stem bath that didn't actually work.
A sucker could've easily walked out of there throwing down $.8 for a t fully clothed tug.

I've been to Roxanne Spa many times. As stated above the girls change all the time and some are better than others. I've never been offered more than a HJ. Room is $.65 for the hour and extra is typically .60 - .80. Some girls try to get $, but usually offer topless / nude HJ.

Tiffany runs the place although she is not the actual owner. Girls are usually Chinese, pretty and offer a decent massage. Feel free to PM for a recommendatio, but I'll probably be slow to reply. I don't visit this site to often.

I'm a pretty big lurker but I thought I'd chime in as I've been here a few times. Here's the deal with Roxanne's: it's a straight up R&T, you won't get and shouldn't expect anything else, and pricing is pretty standard for what you get. Pricing actually may be a touch on the high side but I'd still say it's in line with what you'd expect. So why do I go here? Simple, there are occasionally gorgeous, unbelievably hot, chinese girls working there. Seriously, about half the time you'll get the kind of attendant who you'd commonly expect at an asian R&T (ie., a bit older, bit frumpy, etc.,) but the other half it will be some stunningly hot 20 year old university student who will work there for a few weeks then you'll never see her again. So it's always kind of a dice roll, but it's worth taking a chance on sometimes.

I think saneman got it exactly right. Most of the time it's OK, but sometime you'll get someone who is unbelievable. Last time I was that saw a girl named Monika (I think), she was pretty close - best I seen there in a while. I will also concur with Escapist that Suki seems to "allow the highest mileage". And, no Miko is definitely not still there and yes she does have some fabulous tits.
