heres a little paranoia coming from me..

i emailed sachi spa a while ago asking about the general location and stuff. but never actually went.

will i get busted for emailing them?

Is that confirmed, re: emails. I recently saw a young woman get charged with murder due to text messages between her and the perp. I would be extremely wary of using emails and texts when you can simply make a phone call and be sure of that expectation of privacy. (Phone calls have been absolutely ruled okay, I have not seen the same for emails)

AFAIK i know it's considered private. It's passworded and not public domain. A police officer cannot search your computer, including email without a search warrant. Same with a cell phone, and phone records.

Especially in Edmonton, LE is quite relaxed. To be busted, you've really got to be doing something STUPID and are BRASH about it!

Just check out the Edmonton Police website and search "massage". Read the following excerpt taken directly from the Edmonton Police Service Website regarding Massage Parlours and the associated legalities:

"It is not illegal for an individual to work for a massage parlour as long as they are licensed to do so by the city. Further, engaging in non-sexual services while working for the parlour is not illegal. A masseuse who actually just gives massages is not doing anything illegal. Performing sexual services in a massage clinic may be illegal if the police can prove the clinic is a place which has as its purpose prostitution. If it is implied that a sex act is available but will cost the client extra and a discussion ensues about price for sexual services the masseuse and client are committing an illegal act (communication for the purpose of prostitution -- s. 213) unless the discussion occurs in a massage room. In that case, no illegal act has been committed."

So, my point being that if you can keep your nose "somewhat" clean, either as an operator or a customer, not much can happen to you in Edmonton.

Clearly, Sachi/ Suchi or whatever they are called, did something wayyyyyyy out there....
