If anyone could share the message you use in while sending out cards by mail - regarding appointment reminder - it'd be great!
I am confused with wording.
My thoughts are - Hi, how are you, it's been a while since your last appointment, it's time for a ne one - but of course in a more polite and professional way.
Thank you thank you thank you!

I send out postcards once in a while, ususally just offering $5 off their next session if they schedule by xx date. That gives an incentive to the people I haven't seen for a while to come in!

I was reviewing my files and noticed that it's been some time since you have been in for a session. I wanted to take a moment to remind you how massage/bodywork can help to decrease stress and stress-related illness; helping you feel your best.

(If you wish to offer a discount you might add) I'd love to help you meet your health goals. Come back in for a session before xx-xx-2008, and enjoy $x off your appointment.

Just some ideas. You could go in many different directions with your words or if you want to offer a 're-activation' incentive. The most important part of all this is that you simply make contact with someone you haven't seen in a while. This type of 'marketing' simply keeps your name first in your client's mind so that when he/she is ready for a session, you will be the one called. It also keeps you in mind when one is talking to others about his/her massage experience.
