Sandi from Oz (Alphacare)

Has anyone noticed that Alphacare's website still has Sandi's name? If you click on her name you get the message below.

"Unfortunately, to the best of our knowledge,
Sandi has moved back to Australia, but please try another girl by making a selection from the menu on your left."

I believe Sandi is still in the GTA working elsewhere and if the posts I have read on this board are correct then Alphacare knows it too. Now that's not good business!

Customer service and client suggestions are something that the ownership of AC doesn't give two shits about. They remind me of those days when Ballard ran the Leafs - Who fucking cares about improving the joint if the customers are still coming.

Check out Victorias pics. She hasn't worked there for a year or two now.

I guess the decision for ownership must be, if you decide to invest $10-15K in cleaning up the place, would it bring in that much extra business to justify a return on that investment?
