Noma...i suspect that is is causing a fair it of lost business. (I wonder if Ernie will give some subsidy) The earlier poll seemes to indicate that 40 % or so of guys have laid off all together. Given that I belive most guys use MP for reduced risk from FS, it makes sense that there is a high perceived risk. The reality is prpobably little risk but who wants to take a chance?

I've heard a range of answers. One place said it hasn't effected business at all. Some say it has effected business, somewhat. One place, it's said, business is down about 50% - I'm not sure if it's a factor, but this one place is strictly Asian attendants

I have to admit it has affected me. As a former (before sars) 4 times a month, high mileage kind of hobbiest I find myself a tad afraid of going in. Part of the reason is catching it and the other part is the thinking that the MPA has to have reservations about getting intimate with her clients.

How would you explain where you possibly contracted it from? Then dealing with the guilt of passing it to the family members. Plus at the time when sars came along, LE was cracking down too. All in all, I have been on a haitus and thank god for satelite because channel 596 sure is coming in handy these days.

I think it certainly affects all concerned. A client may hesitate to
use the tower supplied after showering and the attendant may
feel uncomfortable for intimate contacts. Honestly I have dropped
this hobby for a while and unless I can be convinced of 100%
safety, I may continue to stay away until the sky is clear.

lot's of places hurting now cause of this, personally slowed down myself.

Fastest way it may spread is if it were to be passed to one of these busy/famous MPa's and bet ya it'll spread like fire amongst hobbysts. (Hope it never happens)

Taking risks anyway is a guy thing so play safe if you can.

I agree, LE, SARS and having an amazing girlfriend has made me put this hobby on hold .... maybe forever

I agree with you Tito, with increase LE activity, the unpredictability of SARS, and a great fiancee, I guess thats
good enough reason to stop the hobby. Trust me the urge is there everyday, I guess the urge will probaby never go away, especially when there is massageplanet.net. I gonna get rid of my internet connection!!!
