I've never been a client of Sassy's, but from working with them while a Mod on caerf, I can tell you from a business perspective, that they are a very professional, well run Agency, with excellent customer service skills. They're also very generous when it comes to running contests and giving prizes to their clients. I highly recommend them.

Haven't been to in-calls for years. As far as I recall, all the fees are collected upfront, like Premier. However, tips are not expected, unless they provide you with exceptional SP services. Please bear in mind that what's extras for MPs are standard for SPs. But the line is blurred nowadays!
