I dont know really but I guess 99 % of the male traveling to China in General and Shanghai in specific are traveling for business, right ?
Few tourists in Shanghai, acc to my humble oppinion.

This means, almost most of you must have some kind of connection in china,
like supplier, customer, buying agent, sales agent etc etc

One thing I have noticed is that chinese in general, if you get to know them
on a personal level, is not shy abt sex.
Just hint you like girls, or like "when you were in Shenzhen you had a great time so many bars and nightlife and lots of girls "
They will understand. They have all the connections.

No need to run around town and get humiliated at massage places.
Ok I do speak some cantonese, but not to the level I can make a meaningful
conversation more order food & beverage.

But to the point; Hint to your chinese friends regardless were you are in china that you wold not mind some female companion and you will be surprised how well they will accomondate you.

My best examples is from remote northern Shenyang, cold and ugly.
After 3 days visit my agent asked if I like Shenyang.
I reply that I like Shenyang very much but very lonely place compared to Shenzhen with lits of nightlife and girls.
This comment created a long discussion around the dinner table.
Guests were both male and female. After a few minutes my host replied that mabyee this could be arranged for me. Later that evening arond 23.00 at a local boring karaoke-place a youn fresh 19 year old university student showed up on call from one of my hosts and this was a wonderful gift from my chinese friends. It did cost me a few yuan but it was worth every penny.

So, dear friends, ask you connections and I am sure they will be at your assistance.
