Savoy Close down?

Savoy in #3, Richmond

I drove by the other night and it was pitch dark. I got the feeling that it was close down. Anyone have some insights?

I guess this is the AMP that Manhattan heard has closed in Richmond.

As far as I know, there is going to be twin towers highrise project to be developed on the site next door. I don't know for sure the site included Savoy property. But my guest it will be included.
I did not go to Savory for few years since I found the facilites and service is not that good. On top of it, it is expensive to get FS $.8 to $.2 price range. Since there are so many outfit out there plus all those micros, I won't miss it.

was at Savoy maybe 18 months ago - well appointed place with legit massage plus girls - got one of the many 'Candy's that seem to be all over - booked 1.5 hrs - young pretty spinner for $$ FS - good massage, rails on ceiling and walk on my back - big letdown in service - short term CBJ, no duration for FS (only two positions with mish the primary), pressure to take HJ finish - still another 40 minutes to go, but she was less than half-hearted to continue massage - left and never again - don't know if fair or not, but my guess is that all girls from Savoy overpriced and underdelivery
